Sturry railway station serves the village of Sturry near Canterbury in Kent, England. The station is 2+⁄4 miles north east of Canterbury West on the Ashford to Ramsgate Line. The station and all trains serving it are operated by Southeastern. It is also the nearest station to the town of Fordwich.

Wildwood Discovery Park

Wildwood Discovery Park is a woodland discovery park in north-east Kent, England. It features over fifty species of native British animals such as deer, badgers, wild boar and wolves. It is located on the main road A291 between Herne Bay and Canterbury. Wildwood is a Registered Charity in England, No 1093702, whose aim is to save British Wildlife from extinction and reintroduce recently made extinct animals such as European beaver, wild boar and Modern Tarpan.

Barton Court Grammar School

Barton Court Grammar School is a co-educational selective academy of excellence in Canterbury, Kent with approximately 900 students between the ages of 11-19. From September 2007 the school replaced A-levels with the International Baccalaureate. From September 2011 the school re-introduced A-levels but kept the International Baccalaureate, giving students the option to do either.

St Augustine's College, Canterbury

St Augustine's College, Canterbury was a Church of England theological college in Canterbury, Kent that opened in 1848 and closed in 1976. Many of those who trained there went on to serve as missionaries. It used some of the buildings of the former St Augustine's Abbey, just east of Canterbury Cathedral - the impressive gatehouse can be seen from the ring road.
