Drumsurn

Drumsurn is a small village and townland in the Limavady Borough Council area of County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is 8 kilometres southeast of Limavady and 10 kilometres northeast of Dungiven. It lies in the Roe Valley, at the foot of Donald's Hill and at the edge of the Sperrins. Drumsurn had a population of 357 people in the 2001 Census.

Limavady Grammar School

Limavady Grammar School, is a co-educational 11-18 selective Grammar School in Limavady, County Londonderry in Northern Ireland. Situated on the Ballyquin Road, it is close to other schools in the town, including Limavady High School and St. Mary's High School. In 2008, the school was placed 139th in the Times school league table for the UK, which is based on both GCSE and A-level results.

Limavady Railway

The Limavady Railway link by means of a branch line to the main Derry - Belfast line was closed on 2 May 1955. The spur ran from Limavady Junction to Limavady Station. The line then continued a further 7 miles to Dungiven. The Limavady to Dungiven section of the line was closed on 3 July 1950. The terminus, Dungiven railway station, opened on 4 July 1883, closed for passenger traffic on 1 January 1933 and finally closed altogether on 3 July 1950.

Largy

Largy (from Irish: Leargaidh, meaning "hillside") is a small hamlet and townland in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is 5 km south of Limavady, beside the B192 Limavady to Dungiven road. In 1991, its population was 90 but in the 2001 Census this had risen to 144. It lies within the Limavady Borough Council area.

Donald's Hill

Donald's Hill is a hill in the middle of County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The summit reaches 399 metres above sea level and classifies as a Marilyn. Located at the edge of the Sperrin Mountains, the town of Drumsurn sits at the foot of the hill. The Ordnance Survey Memoirs of 1834 records an alternative name of Knocknahurkle, which is believed to be derived from Irish Cnoc na hEarcola.
