Strabane Sigersons GAC

Strabane Sigersons (Irish: An Srath Bán Mhic Sioghair) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club. The club is based in the town of Strabane, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The club concentrates on Gaelic football activities while a club called Sigersons Ladies GFC provides for Ladies Gaelic football. Glebe, County Tyrone

Glebe is a small village in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 672 people. It is in the Strabane District Council area. The soccer team of Glebe United FC competes in the Fermanagh and Western Division 1.

Evish

Evish (Irish: Eimhis, meaning "coarse mountain pasture") is a small rural community area and townland in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, 3 miles from Strabane and 7 miles from Plumbridge. It is situated in the barony of Strabane Lower and the civil parish of Camus and covers an area of 870 acres. Within the area is Evish Primary School and Evish Cross Community Group. It includes Dergalt where President Woodrow Wilson's ancestral home is located.

Harry Avery's Castle

Harry Avery's Castle is situated half a mile south-west of Newtownstewart, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. On a hill, ruined Harry Avery's Castle, is a 14th century Gaelic stone castle - most unusual in Ulster. The castle consisted of a two-storey rectangular construction fronted by the massive D-shaped twin towers of the keep which remain. It was possibly built by Henry Aimbreidh O' Neil (Harry Avery O'Neill) (died 1392), and certainly named after him.
