Clady, County Tyrone

Clady is a small village and townland in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, about 4 miles from Strabane, on the River Finn and the border with County Donegal in the Republic of Ireland. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 423 people. In 1842 the population was 176. It lies within the Strabane District Council area. The village has been pivotal in more recent times in giving profile to the district by acquiring fame in the All Ireland Top of the Town's variety entertainment competition.

Lifford Bridge

Lifford Bridge (in Irish Droichead Leifear) is a cross-border bridge on the A38 connecting with the N15, spanning the River Foyle which marks the border between Strabane in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and Lifford in County Donegal in the Republic of Ireland. The present bridge was constructed by engineering company McAlpines in 1964, jointly funded by Donegal County Council and the old Tyrone County Council.

Evish

Evish (Irish: Eimhis, meaning "coarse mountain pasture") is a small rural community area and townland in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, 3 miles from Strabane and 7 miles from Plumbridge. It is situated in the barony of Strabane Lower and the civil parish of Camus and covers an area of 870 acres. Within the area is Evish Primary School and Evish Cross Community Group. It includes Dergalt where President Woodrow Wilson's ancestral home is located.
