Dunskey Castle
Dunskey Castle is a ruined, 13th century tower house, located 0.5 miles south of the village of Portpatrick, Rhinns, Wigtownshire, on the south-west coast of Scotland. It is a class A listed building. The three-storey L-plan structure is sited on a promontory, with a rock-cut ditch, 15 metres wide by 2.5 metres deep, defending the only access, from the north-east. The castle measures 30 by 14.3 metres (by ft), with walls 1.5 metres thick, although the building is now a roofless shell.

Killantringan Lighthouse
Killantringan Lighthouse is a lighthouse located near Portpatrick in Dumfries and Galloway, south-west Scotland. The light came into operation in 1900, and served as a waypoint in the North Channel of the Irish Sea. The name Killantringan is derived from 'Cill shaint Ringain' - St Ringan's chapel; Ringan is a mediaeval variation of Ninian. The lighthouse is protected as a category B listed building.

Garthland Castle
Garthland Castle was a castle that was located near Garthland Mains, Stoneykirk, Rhins of Galloway, Wigtownshire, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The castle was possibly built in AD1211, as a datestone bearing that date has been discovered within the Garthland Mains estate. It would appear that further extensions in AD1274 were undertaken, as another datestone has been re-used within the Garthland Mains estate.
