Aston Park, also known as Aston, is a small, residential village in Flintshire, North Wales. It is near to Hawarden and Shotton, alongside the A494 road, and it is often incorrectly referred to as Higher Shotton. It is situated in a fairly urban area but there is still a lot of countryside - Wepre Country Park is only a short distance away. Gladstone's Library, known until 2010 as St Deiniol's Library (Welsh: Llyfrgell Deiniol Sant), is a residential library in Hawarden, Flintshire, Wales. The library was founded by the Victorian statesman and politician William Ewart Gladstone (1809 - 1898). In 1895, at the age of 85, Gladstone gave £40,000 (equivalent to £3.42 million today) and much of his own library.

John Summers High School
John Summers High School (formerly Deeside High School) is an English medium mixed comprehensive secondary school in the town of Queensferry, Wales, near the border with England. It teaches children aged 11-18. Deeside Leisure Centre is a sports centre in Queensferry, Flintshire, in Wales. Its facilities include Deeside Ice Rink, an Olympic-sized inline hockey rink, badminton courts and squash courts.
