Carreg yr Imbill
Carreg yr Imbill—in English Gimlet Rock or sometimes Gimblet Rock—is the remains of a large granite outcrop and quarry at Pwllheli, Gwynedd, Wales. The granite was mined by the Liverpool and Pwllheli Granite Company (sometimes known as the Pwllheli Granite Company), which used the granite for stone setts to pave the streets. The worked out quarry forms the basis for a large caravan park.

Plas Bodegroes
Plas Bodegroes is a former country house, located near Pwllheli, Gwynedd. The Grade2 listed Georgian country house stands in its own grounds on the Llŷn peninsula, in the far north west of Wales. Owned by Chris and Gunna Chown since 1986, it was until 2006 Wales only Michelin Starred restaurant, and the only 5-star rated restaurant with a hotel in Wales; in 2009 it lost its Michelin-star.

Tremadog Bay
Tremadog Bay is a large inlet of Cardigan Bay, defined by the north Cambrian Coast and the Llŷn peninsula of north Wales. The River Glaslyn flows into the north of the bay and St Tudwal's Islands lie at the western end of the bay. Pwllheli, the main market town of the Llŷn Peninsula, together with the historic towns of Harlech and Cricieth, and Abersoch, a popular location for water sports, all lie on its shores.

RAF Penrhos
RAF Penrhos was a World War II Royal Air Force airfield at Penrhos, on the Llŷn Peninsula near Pwllheli, Gwynedd. It was operational from 1 February 1937 to 21 October 1946 for armarment training, air observer, bombing and gunnery schools.
