Barstow-Daggett Airport is a county-owned public-use airport in San Bernardino County, California, United States. It is located four nautical miles (7 km) east of the central business district of the town of Daggett, and 12 nautical miles east of the city of Barstow. Built in 1933, it is the oldest of the six airports operated by San Bernardino County.

Coyote Lake (San Bernardino County, California)

Coyote Dry Lake is a dry lake bed in the Mojave Desert of San Bernardino County, California, 15 mi northeast of Barstow. The lake is approximately 10 km by 6 km at its widest point. Coyote Dry Lake lies to the south of Fort Irwin Military Reservation and southwest of the Tiefort Mountains. St Antony's Monastery is located about 4 mi to the southeast. CACTUS

A cactus is a member of the plant family Cactaceae, within the order Caryophyllales. The word "cactus" derives, through Latin, from the Ancient Greek κάκτος (kaktos), a name originally used for a spiny plant whose identity is not certain. Cacti are native to the Americas, ranging from Patagonia in the south to parts of western Canada in the north—except for Rhipsalis baccifera, which also grows in Africa and Sri Lanka. Most cacti live in habitats subject to at least some drought.
