Mercey Hot Springs (formerly, Mercy Hot Springs) is an unincorporated community in Fresno County, California, about 60 miles west-southwest of Fresno. It is a resort along Little Panoche Road located at the western edge of Fresno County. The unincorporated area is about ten driving miles west of Interstate 5. NAD83 latitude and longitude for the site are listed as {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:36|42|15|N|120|51|37|W| | |name= }} in the National Geographic Names Database (NGND).

Panoche, California

The unincorporated community of Panoche is located along Panoche Road in the southern, rural part of San Benito County, California, United States. The community is about 2.7 driving miles east of County Route J1. The county seat, Hollister, is roughly 35 miles straight-line distance. The Fresno County line is about 3.7 miles distant to the northeast. The area encompassed by San Benito County continues just over 20 miles farther south where the south extent meets Fresno and Monterey counties.

Panoche Pass

Panoche Pass is a mountain pass within the Diablo Range in San Benito County, California connecting the southern extremity of the Santa Clara Valley in the west to the Panoche Valley and San Joaquin Valley in the east. The name Panoche Pass is used for the United States Geological Survey quadrangle map for the local area. County Route J1, also known as the Panoche Road, traverses the pass.

Rancho Panoche de San Juan y Los Carrisolitos

Rancho Panoche de San Juan y Los Carrisalitos was a 22,175-acre Mexican land grant in present day Merced County, California given in 1844 by Governor Manuel Micheltorena to Julian Ursua and Pedro Romo. The name means "raw sugar of San Juan and the little patches of reeds" in Spanish. The grant was south of Rancho San Luis Gonzaga and present day San Luis Reservoir, and extended along Los Carrisalitos Creek, bounded on the north by Los Banos Creek and on the south by Ortigalita Creek.
