Kule Loklo

Kule Loklo ("Bear Valley") is a recreated Coast Miwok Native American village located a short walk from the visitor center of the Point Reyes National Seashore, in Marin County, California. Kule Loklo was originally created in the 1970s by the Miwok Archeological Preserve of Marin (MAPOM) as a tribute to Marin County's indigenous people, the Coast Miwoks.

Rancho Tomales y Baulines

Rancho Tomales y Baulines was a 9,468-acre Mexican land grant in present day Marin County, California given in 1836 by Governor Nicolás Gutiérrez to Rafael Garcia. The grant extended south from Point Reyes Station along the Olema Valley and encompassed present day Olema and Garcia.

Point Reyes Station, California

Point Reyes Station (formerly, Marin and Olema Station) is small unincorporated town located in western Marin County, California. Point Reyes Station is located 13 miles south-southeast of Tomales, at an elevation of 39 feet . Point Reyes Station is located along State Route 1 and is a gateway to the Point Reyes National Seashore, an extremely popular national preserve. About 350 people live in the town.

Nicasio Reservoir

Nicasio Reservoir is a shallow, artificial reservoir in the Nicasio Valley region of Marin County, California, United States. It covers 845 acres and sits in a 35.9 square miles drainage basin. It was created by the construction of Seeger Dam on the Nicasio Creek in 1961. Seeger Dam is a 115-foot tall, 400-foot long earthen dam owned by the Marin Municipal Water District.
