It, along with the neighboring communities of Quail Valley and Menifee, incorporated as the City of Menifee on October 1, 2008. The population when Sun City was a CDP was 17,773 at the 2000 census. Located along Interstate 215 just south of the city of Perris.

Romoland is a census-designated place (CDP) in Riverside County, California, United States. The population was 1,684 at the 2010 census, down from 2,764 at the 2000 census. The city was named by Greek immigrant Romonio Homonicholai, who emigrated from Naxos in 1889 (nearby Homeland is also named for Homonicholai, although, with a slight spelling variation, it was named for his patronymic, not his given name).

Perris Valley Airport

Perris Valley Airport is a privately owned and operated airport open to public use and located one mile (1.6 km) southeast of Perris serving Riverside County, California. The airport has one runway and is used for general aviation and extensive skydiving. The airport operates from dawn to dusk daily year-round. A skydiving drop zone operates at the airport, and skydivers land about 50 feet from the runway. The primary occupant is Perris Valley Skydiving.
