New Haven Arena
New Haven Arena was an indoor arena on Grove Street in New Haven, Connecticut, that served as a venue for ice hockey, concerts, and circuses. The first arena opened in 1914 but burned down in 1924. The new arena was built in 1926 by Nathan Podoloff with his father and two brothers and held over 4,000 people.

State Street Station (New Haven)
State Street Station (also known as New Haven – State Street) is the secondary railroad passenger station in New Haven, Connecticut located 0.8 miles northeast of the primary station in the city, Union Station. The station opened on June 7, 2002, for Shore Line East trains and June 24, 2002, for Metro-North Railroad trains. It is the penultimate westbound stop for the majority of Shore Line East runs and is the terminal of Metro-North's New Haven Line for a limited number of peak-hour runs.
