Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury

The Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury (FCI Danbury) is a low-security United States federal prison for female inmates in Danbury, Connecticut. It is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the United States Department of Justice. The facility also has an adjacent satellite prison camp that houses minimum-security female offenders. FCI Danbury is located in southwestern Connecticut, approximately 55 miles from New York City.

Still River (Housatonic River)

The Still River is a 25.4-mile-long tributary to the Housatonic River in western Connecticut. Its headwaters emanate from Farringtons Pond at the New York border with Danbury, Connecticut. It meanders through Sanfords Pond and Lake Kenosia before entering a concrete aqueduct near downtown Danbury. It then turns north and becomes a more conventional river as it cuts through Brookfield and southern New Milford before joining with the Housatonic .

Bog Brook Reservoir

The Bog Brook Reservoir is a 379-acre reservoir in the Croton Watershed in southern New York State. It is located in the town of Southeast, New York in Putnam County, and is approximately 38 miles (over 60 kilometres) north of New York City, to which it supplies water. It was formed by the damming of Bog Brook, a small tributary of the East Branch of the Croton River, which is in turn a tributary of the Croton River.
