Camp Laurelwood has been serving the New Haven and surrounding Jewish communities since 1937. The camp is located in northern Madison, Connecticut, in the United States. Serving up to 400 children in two sessions (4 weeks for the first session and 3 weeks for the second session), Laurelwood features activities like boating, archery, tennis and soccer in a Jewish cultural environment. Genesee Tunnel
The Genesee Tunnel is an underground water pipeline operated by the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority, part of the Authority's source water distribution system. Its main inlet is housed in a small brick building on the shore of the west fork of the northern end of the Hammonasset Reservoir on the Madison, Connecticut-Killingworth, Connecticut town line.
