Taylor Ridge (Georgia)
Taylor Ridge is the most northwestern ridge in the state of Georgia within the Ridge and Valley physiographic region and is approximately 40 miles in length. To the west the ridge is bordered by the Cumberland Plateau region and the to north Taylor Ridge becomes White Oak Mountain at Ringgold Gap although technically part of the same ridge. Trion City School District
The Trion City School District is a public school system located in Trion, Georgia. In February 1990, it fell victim to a devastating flood. This was considered the worst disaster Trion has experienced. In 1996, the Pre-K, Elementary and High schools were combined and relocated to 919 Allgood Street, Trion, Georgia. It serves students from Pre-K through twelfth grades. The school system accepts students living in Trion and surrounding counties.

Trion is a town in Chattooga County, Georgia, United States. The population was 1,993 at the 2000 census. The estimated population as of 2006 was 2,001. Trion is the second largest incorporation is Chattooga County, which has a population of approximately 27,000. Trion is known as the denim capital of the world because of the Mount Vernon (formerly Riegel) manufacturing plant, which employs about 4000 people. The Chattooga River flows through the town.
