Hickory Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) along the northern side of the city of Gautier in Jackson County, Mississippi. It is part of the Pascagoula, Mississippi Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 3,046 at the 2000 census.

Jackson County is named for U.S. President Andrew Jackson. Jackson County is included in the Pascagoula, Mississippi, Metropolitan Statistical Area. The county was severely damaged from both Hurricane Camille in August 1969 and Hurricane Katrina on August 28–29, 2005, causing catastrophic effects.
