The Alvarado Transportation Center (ATC) is a multimodal transit hub located at 100 1st Street SW in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. The complex was built as a hub for Albuquerque's regional transit system and as a replacement for Albuquerque's previous bus depot and train station. The ATC serves ABQRide, Amtrak, Greyhound Lines, and the New Mexico Rail Runner Express commuter rail line.

Sunshine Building

The Sunshine Building is a historic building in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico, located at the intersection of Central Avenue and Second Street. The six-story building was designed by the El Paso firm of Trost & Trost and built in 1924, originally housing offices and a 920-seat movie theater. It is of reinforced concrete construction, with a facade of yellow brick.

Hyatt Regency Albuquerque

Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is a 20-story highrise hotel located at 330 Tijeras Avenue NW in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. The building is 78 m tall, making it Albuquerque's second tallest building and tallest hotel. It was built in 1990 as part of the Albuquerque Plaza mixed-use complex on the south side of Civic Plaza, which also includes the Albuquerque Plaza tower. The Albuquerque Plaza complex was designed by Hellmuth, Obata, & Kassabaum and built in 1990.
