Todd, North Carolina
Todd is an unincorporated community straddling the county lines of Watauga and Ashe counties in northwestern North Carolina on the South Fork of the New River. It lies at an elevation of 2,992 feet (912 m). The community, originally called Elk Cross Roads, was settled in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The community was a rural outpost in the backcountry of the Blue Ridge Mountains populated by farmers.

ASU Soccer Stadium
The ASU Soccer Stadium is a soccer-specific stadium in Boone, North Carolina and is home to the Appalachian State Mountaineers men's and women's soccer teams. The stadium, which is part of the Ted Mackorell Soccer Complex, opened for its first game in 2008 against the College of Charleston Cougars. The stadium is a replacement for the old ASU Soccer Stadium, which was opened in 2005.
