North Canadian River
The North Canadian River is a tributary of the Canadian River, approximately 440 miles long, that flows through New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma in the United States. The North Canadian River rises just east of Des Moines, New Mexico in Union County, New Mexico; it is known as Corrumpa Creek. From here and throughout the Oklahoma Panhandle, it normally does not have much standing water. From there it flows eastwardly through the Oklahoma Panhandle, where it is known as the Beaver River.

Texanna is a census-designated place (CDP) in McIntosh County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 2,083 at the 2000 census. Established in District 12 of the old Indian Territory, its post office existed from June 27, 1888, until July 16, 1940. Texanna's population in the 1905 Territorial Census was 200. It is said to have been named for a settlement of Texas Cherokees. The people living in Texanna now have a Eufaula, OK address.
