Grapevine is a city in northeast Tarrant County, Texas, United States located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. As of the 2010 census the city population was 46,334. The city's moniker is derived from the native grapes prevalent in the area. In recent years several wineries have opened in Grapevine, and the city has been very active in maintaining its historic downtown corridor.

Dragon Stadium, Southlake

Dragon Stadium is a stadium in Southlake, Texas. Located at 1085 S. Kimball Ave. in Southlake, TX, the stadium serves Carroll ISD, and is the home of the Southlake Carroll High School Dragons football team, who were the UIL 5A Division II State Football Champions in 2002, 2004, and 2005 as well as the 5A Division I State Football Champions in 2006. Throughout the 2004, 2005, and 2006 seasons, the Dragons were given the title of "National Champions.

Grapevine High School is a public secondary school at 3223 Mustang Drive in Grapevine, Texas, United States. The school is a part of the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. GHS is located in the northeast region of Tarrant County. Grapevine has been categorized as one of the top 100 high schools in the United States of America by Newsweek magazine, and was named a 1999-2000 National Blue Ribbon School.

Grapevine Lake

Grapevine Lake is a freshwater lake located in the north Texas area, approximately 20 mi northwest of Dallas, Texas. It was impounded in 1952 by the US Army Corps of Engineers when they dammed Denton Creek. The lake's primary purposes are flood control and to act as a water reservoir, with a secondary function of providing recreation and natural land area. The lake's name comes from the city of Grapevine, Texas, to which the lake is adjacent.
