Austin Executive Airport is a public-use airport located 12 nmi northeast of the central business district of Austin, a city in Travis County, Texas, United States. It is situated in unincorporated Manor, west of Elgin, and was formerly known as Bird's Nest Airport . Although many U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, this facility is assigned EDC by the FAA but has no designation from the IATA.

Lake Pflugerville
Lake Pflugerville is a reservoir in Pflugerville, Texas in the United States. Construction of the 180-acre reservoir began in 2005 and was completed in 2006. Pumps are used to flow water through a 16-mile pipeline to the reservoir from the lower Colorado River. Its main purpose is to provide water to area residents. Recreation activities also surround the reservoir. Amenities include a 3 mi -long granite hike and bike trail and fishing piers.

Manor Downs
Manor Downs is a horse racetrack located outside Manor, Texas, United States. It is Texas's oldest pari-mutuel horse racetrack. Live racing in the Spring features both quarter horse and thoroughbred racing. Simulcast racing is shown year round. Frances Carr and Sam Cutler began development of Manor Downs in 1975 on 44 acres of land that had an old horse race track on it. They initially planned for Manor Downs to be a horse training stable and fairground facility.
