Kyzyl-Kiya Airport

The Kyzyl-Kiya Airport serves Kyzyl-Kiya and Pulgon, towns in Kadamjay District of Batken Province, Kyrgyzstan. The Russian IATA code for Kyzyl-Kiya Airport is КЫК. Kyzyl-Kiya Airport started operations in the 1930s as a landing strip near the mining town. The current runway and terminal were built in the 1970s. It is a regional class 3C airport. The runway has a weight limit of 22 tonnes, and has no instrument landing facilities and operates only during daylight hours.

Kyzyl-Kiya

Kyzyl-Kiya is a city in the Batken Oblast, in southwestern Kyrgyzstan. It is situated on the southern edge of the Fergana Valley, 32 km southeast of Fergana, and 65 km southwest of Osh. Fargona Stadium

Fargona Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Fergana, Uzbekistan. It is currently used mostly for football matches and serves as the home for Neftchi Farg'ona. The stadium holds 14,600 people.

Kadamjay

Kadamjay is the town in Kadamjay District of Batken Province of Kyrgyzstan. Kadamjay is located between the cities of Khaidarkan (Aidarken) (to the west) and Kyzyl-Kiya (to the east). In the Soviet period, the town was officially known as "Frunze", and the village adjacent to it from the north, as "Frunzenskoe". Since Kyrgyzstan's capital was also called Frunze, the name must have been quite confusing, and the locals would refer to their town as Kadamjay, and the village as Pulgon.

Kadamjay District

Kadamjay District is a district (raion) in Batken Province, in south-western Kyrgyzstan. : The district capital lies at Pulgon. Its population in 2005 was approximately 30,000. The largest town of the district, the town of Kadamjay, is located between the cities of Khaidarkan (Aidarken) and Kyzyl-Kiya. The district is thought to have the second largest mercury-antimony deposit in the world. Kadamjay Antimony Factory is one of the biggest factories in Kyrgyzstan.
