Condah is a small town in south west Victoria, Australia and is located on the Henty Highway north of Heywood. At the 2006 census, Condah and the surrounding area had a population of 272. Condah Post Office opened on 12 May 1868 and closed in 2001. Condah Pub has been open since 1854 and still thrives today.

The Glenelg Shire is a local government area in Victoria, Australia. It is located in the western part of the state. It includes the towns of Casterton, Heywood, Merino and Portland. It has an area of 6,213 square kilometres. Although the Shire existed before the amalgamations of mid-1990s, the current Shire (now referred to as 'Glenelg Shire' to bring clarity) was formed in 1994 from the merger of the former Glenelg with the Shire of Heywood and City of Portland.

Branxholme, Victoria
Branxholme is a township in the Shire of Southern Grampians in the Western District of Victoria, Australia on the Henty Highway between Heywood and Hamilton. At the 2006 census, Branxholme and the surrounding area had a population of 236. The township was settled in the 1850s, the Post Office opening on 1 June 1858. It has a football team playing in the South West District Football League under the name Branxholme-Wallacedale.
