Liozna is an urban type settlement in Vitsebsk Voblast, Belarus, the capital of Liozna Raion. It is located close to the border with Russia by the Vitsebsk-Smolensk railroad branch and highway, on the Moshna River. Babinavichy

Babinavichy (also Babinavičy or Babinovichi) is a small town in the district of Liozna, in the Vicebsk region of Belarus. The town traditionally supplied timber for the Imperial Russian Navy, as is reflected in its coat-of-arms which depicts two masts. The town was previously a Jewish shtetl.
