Raseborg Castle

The Raseborg Castle, is a medieval castle in Raseborg, Finland. The castle was founded by Bo Jonsson Grip and it is thought that the castle's first phase was completed sometime between 1373 and 1378. The first written data about the castle is from 1378. Its main purpose was to protect Sweden's interests in southern Finland against the Hanseatic city of Tallinn. The castle was originally built on a small island in the north end of a sea bay.

Karis railway station

Karis or Karjaa is a railway station in the town of Raseborg (Raasepori) in the Uusimaa region, Finland. The station is located along the track between Helsinki and Turku, and serves as a connection point between three different tracks: the main track between Helsinki and Turku, a branch track to the city of Hanko, and a former privately owned track between Karis and Hyvinkää, currently largely disused.

Jussarö

Jussarö is an island in Ekenäs, Raseborg, Finland. Jussarö is known by the Jussarö lighthouse. There is also an iron ore mine, but it was closed in 1967. The iron ore occurrence is the biggest undersea level in Finland. In Jussarö some abandoned buildings still remain; which were used by the military until 2005 for urban war simulations. Jussarö is known as the only ghost town in Finland. Prisoners worked in Jussarö mines in the 19th century. The island also had its own parish.

Ingå railway station

Ingå railway station is a railway station in the municipality of Ingå, Finland, between the stations of Siuntio and Karis. It is located 19.3 kilometres west of the Siuntio station and 16 kilometres east of the Karis station. Only Y trains of the Helsinki commuter rail stop at Ingå.
