Westerholt Power Station
Westerholt Power Station was a coal fired power station in Gelsenkirchen-Westerholt, Germany. The power plant consisted of two units built in the 1960s, each capable of producing 150 MW of electricity. Its smokestack, built in 1981, was over 300 metres (1000 feet) tall, making it Germany's tallest chimney at the time. The power station was decommissioned on May 13, 2005. The chimney was demolished on Sunday, December 3, 2006, at 10:53 a.m.

Gelsenkirchen-Buer Nord station is located in the city of Gelsenkirchen in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is on the Wuppertal-Vohwinkel–Essen-Überruhr line. The station was opened in 1998 and is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 6 station. The station is served by Rhine-Ruhr S-Bahn line S 9, operating every 60 minutes during the day.

Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Im Brömm
The Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Im Brömm is a primary school in Gelsenkirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The school was built in 1913 as Katholische Volksschule – Josefschule. After having been destroyed in World War II the school was rebuilt in the 1950s. In 1963 the school got a gym and an indoor pool. On the schoolyard was built a mini-soccerfield in the year 2008.

Jahnstadion (Marl)
Jahnstadion is a former multi-use stadium in Marl, Germany. It was used as the stadium of TSV Marl-Hüls association football matches. The capacity of the stadium is 25,000 spectators. It has been used exclusively for baseball since 2008. The former main grandstand is now adjacent to left field, with home plate situated near the former opposite grandstand and the farthest point from home plate in fair territory being in right center field.
