Mitbek

The Mitbek is a tributary of the Höllenau in the north German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The river has a length of about 4 kilometres . It rises south of Nortorf in the vicinity of Krogaspe and discharges into the Höllenau near Böken.

Tönsheide Forest

The Tönsheide Forest is a nature reserve near the village of Aukrug east of Neumünster in the north German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The nature reserve has an area of 67 hectares and lies east of Aukrug specialist hospital. Its consists of large areas of near-natural woodland with scattered with areas of heath. In the woods are the source area and upper reaches of the Sellbek.
