Lion Rock Tunnel

The Lion Rock Tunnel, being the first road tunnel in Hong Kong, is a twin-bored toll tunnel, connecting Sha Tin in the New Territories and New Kowloon near Kowloon Tong. It has two lanes in each direction, with toll booths located at the Sha Tin end. It is a vital component of Route 1.

Amah Rock

Amah Rock (Chinese: 望夫石, Mong Fu Shek; lit. "the stone that is gazing out for her husband") is a naturally shaped rock located on a hilltop in southwest Sha Tin, Hong Kong. The rock is approximately 15 meters in height, and its shape looks like a woman carrying a baby on her back. It stands above the entrance to the Lion Rock Tunnel, within Lion Rock Country Park.

The Kowloon Group of Reservoirs is located in the Kam Shan Country Park, north of Kowloon, Hong Kong. Taken together the capacity of the reservoirs is 2.9 million cubic metres. The Kowloon Reservoir was the first of the group to be built.
