Bodva
The Bodva is a 110-km long river in Slovakia and Hungary. Its source is in the Slovak Ore Mountains Mountains. The river crosses the border with Hungary near Turňa nad Bodvou, and it flows into the river Sajó in Boldva, north of Miskolc. Two of its tributaries are the Turňa and the Ida. The Bodva flows on the eastern edge of a karstic rock system, therefore it has an unsymmetrical drainage pattern.

Wooden Church, Miskolc
The Wooden Church (Deszkatemplom) is a church in Miskolc, Hungary. It is built of carved wood. The present building was built in 1999 in place of the previous one that was destroyed by arson in 1997. The first church was consecrated on September 13, 1637, but both this date and the existence of the church are preserved only in tradition and there is no documentary evidence. The first document mentioning a church at this site dates back to 1698.

Szinva
Szinva is a stream in northern Hungary, a tributary to the river Sajó. It originates in the Bükk Mountains. It is 30 kilometres long, 20 kilometres of which can be found the city of Miskolc, through which the stream flows from west to east. More than 70 bridges were built over the stream, and in parts of the city centre it flows underground. The damming of the streams Szinva and Garadna formed Lake Hámori in Miskolc-Lillafüred around 1770.
