Dualla, County Tipperary

Dualla, often noted on maps as Dually (Dubhaille) is a village in South Tipperary, Ireland. It is near Cashel on the R691. A number of small housing estates have been built in the area in recent years adding to the few scattered houses along the road and parish church that constituted the village.

Holycross

Holycross (Irish: Mainistir na Croise Naofa) is a village and civil parish in North Tipperary, Ireland. It is one of 21 civil parishes in the barony of Eliogarty. Unusually, the civil parish straddles two counties and the baronies of Eliogarty and of Middle Third (South Tipperary). It is also an ecclesiastical parish in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly. The village developed around the Cistercian Holy Cross Abbey on the River Suir. Its population was 700 at the 2006 census.

Holy Cross Abbey

The Holy Cross Abbey (Mainistir na Croise Naofa) in Tipperary is a restored Cistercian monastery in Holycross near Thurles, County Tipperary, Ireland, situated on the River Suir. It takes its name from a relic of the True Cross or Holy rood. The fragment of that Holy rood was brought to Ireland by the Plantagenet Queen, Isabella of Angoulême, around 1233.

Restaurant Chez Hans is a restaurant located on Moor Lane in Cashel in County Tipperary, Ireland. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star 1983. The Michelin Guide awarded the restaurant the "Red M", indicating 'good food at a reasonable price', in the period 1981-1982, 1985-1986 and 1996. The Egon Ronay Guide awarded the restaurant one star in 1982. The kitchen style of Chez Hans is International with Irish influences.
