Achziv
Achziv is a national park on the northern coast of Israel, 15 kilometers north of Acre, within the municipal area of Nahariya. It is a former town, settled for about three millennia. It was first settled in the Middle Canaanite (Bronze) II period by the Phoenicians. In the Bible, it is described as falling within territory assigned to the tribe of Asher. An Arab village, Az-Zeeb, was established on the site during the Mamluk period. Today Achziv is a national park.

Nahariya Railway Station
Nahariya Railway Station is a railway station serving the city of Nahariya and the surrounding towns and villages of the Western Galilee region. It is the northern-most passenger station in Israel and is currently the terminus of the North-South coastal line. The station is located on Ga'aton Boulevard, Nahariya's main street along the Ga'aton River, near the main entrance to the city from the coastal highway and across the street from the city's central bus station.

The Ga'aton River is a small river in the North District of Israel. It passes through the town of Nahariya before emptying into the Mediterranean Sea. The river runs through the main street of Nahariya, a city that takes its name from the river (nahar means river in Hebrew).

1979 Nahariya attack
The 1979 Nahariya attack (codenamed by its perpetrators as the Nasser Operation) was a raid by four Palestine Liberation Front (PLF) militants in Nahariya, Israel on April 22, 1979. The group, consisting of Abdel Majeed Asslan, Mhanna Salim al-Muayed, and Ahmed al-Abras, and led by 16-year-old Samir Kuntar, used a small, 55 horsepower boat to travel from Tyre, Lebanon to Israel.

Al-Kabri incident
The al-Kabri incident refers to a military operation carried out by the Israeli army during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War in retaliation for the ambush of the Yehiam convoy. On May 20, 1948, the Israeli Carmeli Brigade captured al-Kabri, an Arab village in the northwest corner of the region of the British Mandate of Palestine that was later incorporated into the State of Israel.
