Batu Gajah railway station

The new Batu Gajah railway station is a Malaysian train station stationed at the north eastern side of and named after the town of Batu Gajah, Perak. It was officiated by Dato’ Sri Chan Kong Choy in 2008 and replaces the old station at Jalan Pusing which will be converted into a museum.

Pusing

Pusing is a small town in Perak state, Malaysia. It is located near Batu Gajah, Perak's capital Ipoh, Papan, Siputeh and Lahat. Pusing located about 5 km from Batu Gajah town, 14 km from Ipoh city. The Sunway Group's Founder and Chairman, YBhg Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah was born here. 80% of the residents are Hakka, and the rest are Malay, Indian or others.

Menglembu

Menglembu(万里望) is a main town in Ipoh city area Perak, Malaysia. It is at the foot of the Kledang Hill and famed for "Menglembu Peanuts" a brand of peanuts that are processed and packed by a factory situated in the town. Historically, Menglembu and the surrounding areas of the Kinta Valley were settled by Chinese of the Hakka dialect group from South China who worked in the tin mines. These townships were so populated by the Hakka people that even many of the non-Chinese people spoke Hakka.
