Kampung Raja
Kampung Raja, also known as 'the king's village' is the northern gateway to Cameron Highlands from Simpang Pulai. It was founded in early 1980 due to a water dam project which was built on the site of the original village near Ringlet. As a result of that, the state government moved the affected residents into a well-planned new village with houses and basic needs as compensation. The village later was called Kampung Raja.

Gopeng is a town located in Mukim Teja, District of Kampar, Perak, Malaysia. It is situated approximately 20 km south of Ipoh, the state capital. The limestone hills and the Titiwangsa Mountains are clearly visible; the expressway penetrates between them and the view of the Tapah-Gopeng stretch is one of the most picturesque areas on the west side of Peninsular Malaysia.

Simpang Pulai is a town in Malaysia located between Sungai Raia and Chandan Desa. A Ria Moda Jakel Trading Textile Company opened its branch here at the corner lot of the Simpang Pulai intersection. An alternative road leading to Cameron Highlands also started from the same intersection. A huge construction is ongoing now opposite the school. A PLUS Expressway Simpang Pulai Exit Toll is also located nearby.
