Skjeberg
Skjeberg is a former municipality in Østfold county, Norway. The last administrative centre was Borgenhaugen. The parish of Skjeberg was established as a municipality January 1, 1838. The property Hagelund with 8 inhabitants was moved to Halden municipality January 1, 1968. The rural municipality of Skjeberg was merged with the city of Sarpsborg January 1, 1992. Prior to the merger Skjeberg had a population of 14,295. The urban areas of Skjeberg has a population of 1,975.

Sarpefossen
Sarpsfossen is a waterfall in Sarpsborg, Norway It is the last waterfall in the river Glomma, which is the longest river in Norway. Sarpsfossen has the greatest flow of any waterfall in Europe. Both Rhine Falls and Dettifoss claim to be the largest and most powerful waterfall in Europe, but while those waterfalls have between 200 and 500 m³/s of average water flow, Sarpsfossen has approximately 577 m³/s. Just above Sarpsfossen is a road bridge with a view point.
