Ahin Posh

Ahan Posh or Ahan Posh Tape is an ancient archaeological site in Orakzai in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. It is near the Afghanistan city of Jellalabad. The ruins of a Buddhist monastery are located there, in which coins of the Kushan king Kanishka were found together with a golden amulet, and a gold coin of the Roman emperor Trajan and empress Sabina coined between 128-137 CE. These form part of the collections of the British Museum.

Achin District
