Rakowicki Cemetery

Rakowicki Cemetery is one of the best known cemeteries of Poland, located in the centre of Kraków. It lies within the Administrative District No. 1 Stare Miasto meaning "Old Town" – not to be confused with the historic Kraków Old Town further west. Founded at the beginning of the 19th century (during the times of Austria-Hungary), the cemetery was expanded several times and at present, covers an area of about 42 hectares. It is the resting place of many notable people of Kraków.

Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology (Polish: Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki) is a public university located in downtown Kraków, Poland, established in 1946 and, as an institution of higher learning granted full autonomy in 1954. St. Florian's Church

The Collegiate Church of St. Florian (Polish: Kościół św. Floriana w Krakowie) is a historic church in Kraków, Poland. It stands at the northern end of Matejko Square and the former centre of the mediaeval city of Kleparz, now a district of Kraków. The edifice marks the beginning of the Royal Road. St. Florian's Church was built between 1185 and 1216. It was consumed by fire many times in the 12th, 16th and 17th centuries.
