Małogoszcz

Małogoszcz is a town in the Jędrzejów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Poland. During the 1863 January Uprising, one of the biggest battles took place here - The Battle of Małogoszcz. Małogoszcz belongs to Lesser Poland, and the name of the town comes from ancient Polish given name Małogost. Małogoszcz is home to a cement plant owned by Lafarge Cement S.A. , and a sports club Wierna Małogoszcz.
