Poiana Stampei is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Căsoi, Dornişoara, Pilugani, Poiana Stampei, Prăleni, Tătaru and Teşna. It is crossed by the E58 road. Pietrosu Peak (Hungarian: Pietrosz or Nagy-Köves) is a peak of crystalline rocks in the Călimani Mountains in the Carpathian Mountains, Transylvania, Romania which reaches a height of 2,102 metres . Mapping of the moraines and glacial landforms below the peak indicate at least two stages of glaciation during the Late Quaternary, subsequent to the initial one.

Dorna Candrenilor is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Dealu Floreni, Dorna Candrenilor and Poiana Negrii. It included five other villages until 2003, when these were split off to form Coșna Commune. There is a small aerodrome in Dealu Floreni. Two well-known Romanian brands of mineral water, Dorna and Poiana Negrii, originate their name from the area.
