Lețcani

Leţcani is a commune in Iaşi County, Romania, part of the Iaşi metropolitan area. It is composed of four villages: Bogonos, Cogeasca, Cucuteni and Leţcani. Among historians and archaeologists, Leţcani is famous as the place where one of the very few known Gothic runic inscriptions was found, on a spindle whorl dated to the 4th century.

Iași Botanical Garden

The Iași Botanical Garden, now named after its founder, Anastasie Fătu, (Romanian: Grădina Botanică Anastasie Fătu), is a botanical garden located in the Copou Hill neighbourhood of Iași, Romania. Established in 1856, and maintained by the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, it is the oldest and largest botanical garden in Romania.

Stadionul Emil Alexandrescu

Emil Alexandrescu Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Copou, Iaşi, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home field of CSMS Iaşi. The stadium is named after the former Politehnica Iaşi player and Iaşi Mayor, Emil Alexandrescu, who died in 1991. Its original capacity was 12,500 seats but after plastic seats were mounted the capacity was reduced to 11,390 seats.
