Belyov

Belyov is a town and the administrative center of Belyovsky District of Tula Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Oka River. Population: 13,918; 16,083; 18,345; 17,000 (1967). As many other towns in the Upper Oka Principalities, Belyov was first mentioned in a chronicle in 1147. After disintegration of the Principality of Chernigov in the wake of the Mongol invasion of Rus', Belyov became a seat of a local princely dynasty.

Sosensky

Sosensky is a town in Kozelsky District of Kaluga Oblast, Russia, located in the southeast of the oblast, 90 kilometers southwest of Kaluga, the administrative center of the oblast, and 10 kilometers from Kozelsk, the administrative center of the district. Population: 12,392; 12,623; 13,275. It was founded in April 1952 as the coal-mining settlement of Tsentralny Kozelskogo stroyupravleniya (Центра́льный Козе́льского стройуправле́ния).
