Les Jolies Eaux

Les Jolies Eaux is a former private royal residence on a headland on the 1,250-acre island of Mustique, St Vincent. The name means "Beautiful Waters" and sits on 10 acres given as a wedding present to Princess Margaret in 1959 from Lord Glenconner. The main house, completed in 1972, was designed by the princess's uncle-in-law Oliver Messel in the neo-Georgian-style. It has an open plan with 5 bedrooms and a drawing room. There are also two lodges, and 9 acres of land.

Baliceaux

Baliceaux is one of the Grenadines islands which lie between the Caribbean islands of Saint Vincent and Grenada. Politically, it is part of the nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This island was the site where the English army banished about 5000 Black Caribs following the defeat of Carib Chief Joseph Chatoyer in the 1790s. Half of them died in this concentration camp. The others were deported to the island of Roatán, Honduras.
