Kovin Airport

Kovin Airport is an airport in the Kovin Municipality, Vojvodina, Serbia. The airport is also near the town of Smederevo and some 45 km (28 mi) east of central Belgrade. The airport is a military airport and is used by the Military of Serbia. In 1998 Jat Airways McDonnell Douglas DC-9-32 plane successfully make forced landing on Kovin Airport. In April 2006 the airport asked for it to be used for public use as well. The government will most likely accept the move.

Vojlovica, Pančevo

Vojlovica is a neighborhood of the city of Pančevo, Serbia. Formerly, it was a separate village that was joined with Pančevo in the second half of the 20th century. Vojlovica’s centre is located 3,32 kilometers away from the Pančevo's centre. The geographical latitude of the settlement is North 44° 45' 42.9", while the longitude is East 20° 54' 20.72".

Vojlovica monastery

The Vojlovica Monastery is a Serb Orthodox monastery situated in the Banat region, in the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina. It is in the Pančevo municipality. It was founded during the time of Despot Stefan Lazarević (1374-1427). Vojlovica Monastery was declared Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance in 1990, and it is protected by Republic of Serbia.

Smederevo Fortress

Smederevo Fortress (Serbian: Cмeдepeвcκa твpђaвa, Smederevska tvrđava), in Smederevo, Serbia, was a medieval fortified city and temporary capital of Serbia in the Middle Ages. It was built between 1427 and 1430, on the order of Despot Đurađ Branković, the ruler of the Serbian Despotate. It was further fortified by the Ottoman Empire, that had taken the city, in the end of the century. Smederevo is the largest medieval lowland type of fortresses in Europe.
