Dudváh

Dudváh (Hungarian: Dudvág) is a lowland river in western Slovakia. It is 97 km long, with a basin of 1,507 km², and with a flow of 1.3 m³/s near the village of Siladice. Its source is located in the Čachtice Little Carpathians, and it mostly runs in parallel to the Váh river. Dudváh flows into the old branch of the Čierna Voda river, which in turn flows into the Little Danube river.

Automotodróm Slovakia Ring

Automotodróm Slovakia Ring is a motor racing circuit in Orechová Potôň, Dunajská Streda District in Slovakia, approximately 30 km away from Bratislava Airport. It was built in 2008–2009. Sam Bird set the current track record on September 5, 2012, during testing session. He drove a 01:41.600 in his Dallara T12 of Formula Renault 3.5 Series/2012 prepared by ISR Racing.

Danubian Flat

The Danubian Flat, also translated as Danubian Plain, is the south-western, more flat, part of the Danubian Lowland in Slovakia. The border with the Danubian Hills runs approx. along the line Bratislava – Senec – Sereď – Nové Zámky – Patince. It has been formed by the arms of the Danube and by the southern Váh, Nitra and Žitava rivers. It is filled with huge layers of gravel from the Danube and other rivers of the area. These Danubian gravels are covered with loess and other very fertile soils.

DAC Stadion

DAC Stadion is a multi-use stadium in Dunajská Streda, Slovakia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda. The stadium holds 3,170 people. The main stand was built in the first half of the 1980s and was inaugurated for the 1985 Spartakiad. The stadium underwent reconstruction in 2008, when DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda started play in Corgoň Liga by merging with FC Senec.

Dunajská Streda District

Dunajská Streda District is a district in the Trnava Region of western Slovakia. Until 1918, the district was mostly part of the county of Kingdom of Hungary of Pozsony, apart from a small area in the south, which formed part of the county of Komárno, and Baloň, which formed part of the county of Győr. The majority of the inhabitants of Dunajská Streda District are Hungarians.
