The Kilburn Dam - a earth-fill type dam -, part of the Tugela-Vaal Water Project and Drakensberg Pumped Storage Scheme, is located 500 metres lower than the Sterkfontein Dam, on the Mnjaneni River, near Bergville, KwaZulu-Natal, province of South Africa.
