Luis Puig Palace

Luis Puig Palace (Valencian: Palau Velòdrom Lluís Puig, Spanish: Palacio Velódromo Luis Puig) is an arena in Valencia, Spain. It is primarily used for indoor sports and hosted the 2008 IAAF World Indoor Championships. The arena also hosts a 250 metres painted concrete cycling track which played host to the 1992 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. It has a capacity of 6,500 people.

The Cavanilles Institute

The Cavanilles Institute is located on the Parque Científico de Paterna, and was established in 1998 by the University of Valencia. The goal of this research center is to tackle questions relating to biodiversity from multiple perspectives, studying from morphology to animal behavior, from molecular genetic variation to quantitative variation, and integrating experts in complementary fields such as molecular biology, genetics, population biology, taxonomy, ecology, neurobiology or ethology.

Ciudad Deportiva de Paterna

The Ciudad Deportiva de Paterna is the state-of-art training ground of the Primera Division club Valencia CF. Located in Paterna, it was opened in 1992. The Ciudad Deportiva extends across an area of 180.000 sq.m.
