Dwight Yorke Stadium

The Dwight Yorke Stadium, located in Bacolet, Tobago,, is named after former Manchester United footballer Dwight Yorke. The stadium was constructed for the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Championship which was hosted by Trinidad and Tobago. The Dwight Yorke Stadium has a capacity of 7,500, it is located on the Island of Tobago, only minutes from the capital Scarborough and 25 minutes from the airport.

Bacolet

Bacolet is a town on the island of Tobago, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The town itself lies beneath Fort King George at the Bacelot Bay, near Scarborough, Tobago, to the south-east of the island-capital. It is one of the most developed parts of Tobago where the high society of the island lives. There are also many villas and hotels for tourists.

Tobago

Tobago is the smaller of the two main islands that make up the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is located in the southern Caribbean, northeast of the island of Trinidad and southeast of Grenada. The island lies outside the hurricane belt. According to the earliest English-language source cited in the Oxford English Dictionary, Tobago bore a name that has become the English word tobacco. The national bird of Tobago is the Cocrico.

Castara

Castara is a picturesque seaside village on the Leeward (north) coast of the island of Tobago, the smaller of the two islands in the twin-island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Castara's economy is dependent primarily on fishing and agriculture, with tourism playing an increasingly important role since the 1990s. The most famous son of Castara is the Castara Kid, former Prime Minister and President of Trinidad and Tobago, A.N.R. Robinson.
