Marabella
Marabella is a former town in southern Trinidad, between San Fernando (to the south) and Pointe-à-Pierre (to the north). Originally a separate town, it was incorporated into the City of San Fernando in the 1990s. Marabella is home to the Manny Ramjohn Stadium, one of the four major stadia in Trinidad and Tobago. Nicknamed "The City That Never Sleeps," the city is always active as its nightlife of food vending and bars goes almost 24/7.

Debe
Debe (or Débé) is a town in south Trinidad located north of Penal and south of San Fernando. As the town of Debe has grown it has merged to some extent with Penal. Debe is an important town in the wholesale marketing of agricultural produce, and was formerly important in sugar cane production. Debe is also widely known for doubles and other Indian delicacies. It also has the largest wholesale market in the country.

Guaracara River
The Guaracara River, located in south Trinidad, runs westward out of the Central Range and drains into the Gulf of Paria. It forms the boundary between the city of San Fernando (to the south) and the Couva-Tabaquite-Talparo Regional Corporation. In local terms it separates Marabella (the northernmost portion of the city) from Pointe-à-Pierre.

Manny Ramjohn Stadium
The Manny Ramjohn Stadium, located in Marabella, Trinidad and Tobago, is named for long-distance runner Manny Ramjohn, the first person to win a gold medal for Trinidad and Tobago in a major international sporting event. The stadium was constructed for the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Cup which was hosted by Trinidad and Tobago. The stadium is also commonly called "Mannie Ramjohn Stadium". It also hosted games from the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
