It is on Turkish state highway D.817 which connects İskenderun to north. The distance to İskenderun is 9 kilometres and to Antakya (province center) is 65 kilometres . Iskenderun Naval Base (Turkish: İskenderun Deniz Üssü) is a base of the Turkish Navy on the north-eastern coast of Mediterranean Sea, 2.5 km east by north-east of Iskanderun, Hatay Province in southern Turkey.
