The name of the town probably refers to Umur Bey of the Aydın Beylik who lived in the early 14th century.

İlyaslı is a town in the central district of Uşak Province, Turkey. The population of the town was 1963 as of 2011. The settlement was probably founded in the 17th century by a certain Yörük named İlyas.
