Synevir

Lake Synevyr is the biggest lake in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine. It is located in Mizhhiria Raion, Zakarpattia Oblast not far from a village of Synevyr Poliana and is the part of the National natural preserve "Synevyr" which was established in 1989. Scientists estimate that the lake appeared 10 thousands years ago. In 2008 the lake was recognized as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Ukraine.

Slavske

Slavske is a town and a popular ski resort in the Skole Beskids range of the Carpathian mountains in western Ukraine with a population of 3,700. It's one of the biggest Ukrainian winter sports centers. Slavske is located 600 metres above sea level in the Skole Raion (district) of Lviv Oblast, close to the city of Skole, 130 kilometres southwest of Lviv.
